This is to certify that our company is a listed entity on SME Platform of BSE. As per Reg 15(2)(b) of SEBI(LODR) Regualtions, 2015, the compliance with the corporate governance provision as specified in reg 17 to 27 and clauses (b) to (i) of sub regulation (2) of reg 46 and para C, D, E of Schedule V of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 shall not apply in respect of the listed entity which has listed its specified securities on the SME Exchange.\r\nHence Corporate Governance Provision are not applicable to the Company.
